Let’s talk about New Year’s Resolutions since today is the fresh start of a brand new year. I love the idea of setting goals and working towards self improvement & transformation. Don’t get me wrong here! What I am NOT a fan of is setting these resolutions every year, many times the exact same resolutions, but nothing ever really changes!! If you find yourself in this cycle then I hope you can realize that what you are doing is not working. Instead, make a change towards something that CAN actually work.

I am a huge fan of setting INTENTIONS and then taking small ACTION STEPS that will move you forward toward what you truly say you want for your life. Many people bite off more than they can chew by setting too many goals or goals that are just so lofty they are not attainable. Doing this creates a failure feeling instead of creating positivity and excitement. I like to focus on the small daily changes that become habits that build on themselves, to eventually create huge transformations.
